Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Bartender / Mixologist to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of cocktails and beverages to our customers. Your expertise in cocktails, wine and beer, customer service, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and techniques in mixology
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create innovative drink menus that complement our food offerings
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in the food industry for at least 3 years
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques, and drink recipes
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Familiarity with Square and Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Experience in catering or event bartending is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
