Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista in a coffee shop is required
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Strong sales skills to promote additional products and increase revenue
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
