Responsibilities

Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our Smart Services Information Management group. In the role of a Senior Implementation Consultant, the candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients on their digital twin journey. This involves offering technical expertise, contributing to the design of solutions to highly complex requirements, and bridging the gap between clients’ needs and the end-solution. The ideal candidate should possess a robust technical background and a comprehensive understanding of Engineering Data Management work processes.

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and end-users to understand and document their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with customer goals.
• Offer guidance on best practices on Engineering Data Management using Hexagon SDx and serve as a solution expert.
• Actively participate in the creation of requirements and design documents, use cases, and user stories, and other relevant documentation to effectively document the requirements and the end-solution deliverable.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer and the implementation, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and facilitating effective communication throughout the project.
• Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs by assessing the impact of requested changes.
• Identify potential project risks and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct solution demonstrations to clients showcasing solution capabilities.
• Conduct product trainings and customized trainings for clients’ business administrators and end-users.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with Engineering Data Management work processes and relevant industry.
• 10 years of technical experience using Information Management tools. Hexagon ALI Information Management products and other ALI software applications are preferred.
• Experienced in developing the architecture, standards and work processes for the optimal use.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of more than one of the following:
  • Programming languages, and application customizations
  • Application integration
  • Databases
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills required.

• Travel approximately up to 10%, including domestic and international.
