Responsibilities/Main Activities
Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking to hire an Implementation Consultant - IM (Information Management) for our APAC region. The selected candidate will be based in APAC.
As the Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Works with Information Management Solutions (SDX, SPF, SPO).
- Works directly with client, providing creative solutions to customer application needs.
- Conducts technical demonstrations and supports presales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Conducts basic, advanced, administration and customized customer training.
- Provides advanced consulting services such as advanced software setup (workshare, etc), best practices implementation strategies, advanced automation/customization, and integration with other applications.
- Provide consulting services such as solution configuration, best practices implementation strategies, automation/customization, and integration with other applications.
- Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
- May act as the technical lead on project implementations providing technical direction and guidance to the team.
- Regularly interacts with the solution development, global team support and product ownership teams to investigate problems, discuss design issues, and provide customer feedback.

Qualifications and Experience Required
Essential
- A degree or diploma in a related technical discipline (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering, Instrumentation, etc).
- 5 years’ experience in a relevant industry and/or with similar technology in a technical support/consulting role.
- A minimum of 2 years of specialized technical experience related to specific company or competitors’ software and solutions.
- Domestic and international travel is associated with this position – estimated at 50%. A valid passport required.
- Assignments may be at a customer site or field office.
- Basic programming knowledge.
Desirable
- Experience with in .NET technologies (C# or VB.NET), Angular or Typescript would be an added advantage.
- Familiar with SQL.
Skills and abilities
- Ability to learn and work with the system and tools of Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence solutions, products and procedures.
- Takes responsibility for the development of own knowledge and skills about the business needs.
- Sound communication skills (spoken and written) as it relates to conveying technical information to internal clients.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Motivated to challenges and learn.
