What You'll Do

As the Public Sector Program Administrator, you will be central to our success, executing assigned tasks and responsibilities that drive the execution of our Partner Programs. The role will be evenly split between Contract Management and Special Pricing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contract management: Managing Partner participation in the assigned Contracts, including Partner on-boarding and off-boarding from the Contracts, document creation, management, and processing ensuring all necessary contractual components are in place, Partner communications, and maintaining all aspects of the Partner’s authorization for Contracts.
  • Partner compliance: Managing Partners’ compliance to the Contracts and program in areas of reporting and pricing, including tracking and communications when out of compliance.
  • Partner reporting: Collecting, analyzing, and processing Partner Contract reporting sales data both timely and accurately and performing reporting audits.
  • Partner training: Create and facilitate contract and reporting training.
  • Contract and Partner support: replying to all questions and support needs about the Contract (both internally and from Partners), managing and responding to all incoming emails and phone calls with a service level agreement (SLA) of 24 hours.
  • Special pricing: Managing special pricing for contracts by creating and managing price discounting tools (Big Deals) for contracts, working with internal stakeholders to ensure correct pricing is in place, researching and resolving pricing issues, and supporting all pricing queries.
  • Attend and participate in team and extended team meetings.
  • Participation in additional projects related to the business as required.
  • Act as backup to other Public Sector Program team members as needed.

What You Bring:

Education and Experience:

  • First-level college diploma or university degree, or equivalent experience desired.
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in a business-related function.
  • Tech sector industry experience is desired.
  • Public Sector knowledge is an asset.
  • Channel knowledge is a very strong plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills required.
  • Excellent communication skills critical (e.g., written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English is required.
  • Highly developed knowledge and skillset with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups, formulas, etc.) required.
  • Organized
  • CRM knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure completion.
  • Self-starter who works well proactively, and independently and thrives while working collaboratively with a remote team.
  • Highly responsible and accountable.
