The WDS NA Custom Services Deployment Manager will lead a team of Project Management Professionals to deliver custom PC and Print configuration and deployment services. This leader will be responsible in meeting existing and future customer requirements for services from WDS in NA as well as the management of our processes to drive future capabilities and process efficiencies to meet cost goals.
In this role, you will be part of the AMS WDS extended leadership team leading our PS and Print Services for NA and LATAM to integrate the overall business and operational plans, assist a Senior Manager in managing the Deployment and Retail Delivery Program Management Office (PMO) Team, partner with Supply Chain and Field & Channel organizations to optimize capabilities, and champion specific programs across CS, Pursuit, Sales, Customer Success and Service Delivery to drive transformation for accelerated growth and improved profitability.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Deployment PMO team to delivery business management, PMO Management, Escalation and Account Management, P&L Management and Data and Process Management
Manage a team of Project Management Professionals to provide project management of Custom Services Deployment projects (e.g. PC and software/hardware configuration, tagging/packaging, logistics, onsite installation) and meet customer service level objectives/agreements.
Develop and lead a team of high performing Project Management Professionals
Lead across field and channel, sales operations, supply chain, customer support and service delivery teams to simplify and automate deployment process workflows
Education and Experience Required:
Typically 8 years to demonstrate mastery of Service Business Management.
Typically first level and advanced level university degree.
Desired: Established management background of high level individual contributors (people management), ITIL certification,
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent market knowledge.
Need broad knowledge competitive market dynamics, business models, business strategies and processes.
Demonstrate broad knowledge of corporate organization and policies, and cross functional roles and objectives.
Strong skills in management of people and business relationships, knowledge in organizational design and planning, problem solving, managing individual and team productivity and dynamics, and excellent communication, and negotiation and influencing skills in cross-functional teams .
Ability to identify, recruit, retain and develop talent of your team.
Must have a solid understanding of business management principles, financial expertise and strategic planning methods .
Recognized as authority in their area of expertise. Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and drive change across functions. Very strong leadership, people and business management skills.
More frequent influence at cross-functionally and on executive level.
