As a Product Marketing Manager within our team, you will be responsible for end-to-end Product and Experiences strategies for our Commercial PC systems.
We are looking for an experienced product manager who is passionate about customers, loves thinking of how experiences can attract new customers and change category perceptions. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced business group in a company known for its respect for employees and industry leadership. You will work on cross-functional teams with some of the best R&D, design, and experience engineers, operations, marketing, and finance leaders to create, build, and define end-to-end experiences and solutions that deliver value to the customer.

As a product marketing manager within the Innovation and Experiences Product Management Team you will be responsible for defining and delivering an exciting portfolio of products and solutions that will take our computing business to the next level and create lasting value for our users.
The Sustainability & Data Senior Product Manager Responsibilities include:
Create commercial data vision/strategy and execution
Continue the momentum of HP sustainability leadership position, drive next level meaningful and sustainable experiences
Interact with commercial business stakeholders across the company to understand needs and prioritize the initiatives that drive the most business and customer value
As part of fast paced and data driven organization, you will educate the company with common understanding of our data capabilities to drive differentiate and meaningful product, service, and experiences.
Partner with core team to prioritize use cases, design data access, and surface data opportunities that drive growth for the business.
Spend most of your time to meet customers, gathering and developing customer insights and analyzing future customer trends
Develop and drive the roadmap for end to end data solution and experiences across our commercial systems portfolio
Create strategies for how we will lead, grow and create value in our portfolio with these solutions and experiences
Provide closed-loop analysis of our strategies and performance
Lead initiatives that involve cross-functional, portfolio-wide coordination to provide integrated products/services/ solutions
Create the solutions narrative and value propositions for downstream teams
Collaborate with a global, cross-functional team to develop products and solutions. Work across organizations to ensure that our solutions and experiences are implemented and executed according to our strategies.
Regularly recommend and pitch solutions and strategic direction to senior management
Act as an expert to downstream marketing and sales team and be called upon to help enhance communications to customers and partners
Education and Experience Required:
MBA or equivalent experience strongly desired
10 years in working with product marketing fundamentals
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven track record from insight to innovation
Strong knowledges of data concept and data value chain.
Proven track record of bringing successful products and solutions to market
Proven ability to measure the impact and outcome of your decisions
Excellent leadership capabilities with ability to bring diverse groups together to move an initiative forward
Deep customer empathy and natural curiosity about customer use cases
Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills to interact with peers, colleagues, management and cross-functional teams
Expertise with working across functional and organizational boundaries with demonstrated ability to influence and persuade outside of your organization
Strong business acumen – ability to drive a business strategy and model a solution’s financial opportunity and understand performance impacts
Intuitive story-telling aptitude and narrative creation expertise
Proactive, action-oriented and resourceful problem-solving attitude
Strategic and analytical thinking skills – with experience also operating at a detailed level
Knowledge of data best practices for Tech/marketing business is preferred.
Ability to work independently.
