As the AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists to develop, deploy, and maintain cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, define AI/ML project goals, and drive the implementation of innovative AI/ML solutions to solve complex business challenges. Additionally, you will stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for applying AI/ML technologies to address challenges and drive business value. Define project goals, scope, and deliverables for AI/ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities. Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML models, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments. Implement best practices for AI/ML model development, including data governance, feature engineering, model evaluation, and deployment strategies. Drive continuous improvement in AI/ML processes and workflows, leveraging automation and optimization techniques to enhance efficiency and scalability. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and techniques, and evaluate their potential applicability to business problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project status, key findings, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors, research institutions, and industry experts to foster innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.
