Herspiegel Consulting is a management consulting firm focusing on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Our organization helps clients build successful brands from preclinical phases through launch and to formulate and implement brand-specific strategies and programs for in-line brands. Services include brand strategy, market assessment; brand positioning, launch planning, lifecycle management, thought leader identification and engagement, and identification/development of marketing programs and sales force training/communication.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to enhance the impact of our presentations, support email and LinkedIn campaigns, and help foster consistency in marketing campaigns and sales presentations. Your responsibilities will include aligning pitch decks with our brand messaging and maintaining a library of slide templates to streamline our presentation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to standardize pitch decks for consistency and effectiveness.
• Ensure that all pitch decks align with our brand messaging and meet the highest quality standards.
• Maintain and update our slide template library to facilitate efficient and cohesive presentations.

Campaign Support:

• Support our marketing efforts by creating branded email campaigns and maintaining organic LinkedIn campaigns across our family of brands.
• Leverage thought leadership content to create engaging email campaigns and ensure the continuous growth and visibility of our brands on LinkedIn.

Proposal Support:

• Assist in preparation of RFP responses, pitches, and proposals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a library of standardized proposals to streamline our proposal process and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3 years work experience.
• Prior experience in sales support, marketing, or proposal development is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and other relevant design software.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for creativity and innovation, with a drive to continuously improve processes and deliverables.

Individuals can sit in the Americas with preferences towards Philadelphia, Raliegh, Toronto or Buenos Aries.
