Known for its quality products and superior customer service, Hershey’s Ice Cream is currently looking for a Year-Round Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our warehouse and office in Salisbury, NC..

We offer a starting hourly rate of $16.00 per hour. This is a Year-Round Part-Time career opportunity. Position schedule is Monday – Thursday with approximately 25-30 hrs./week. Benefits are not included.

Responsibilities include:

· Answering in-coming calls

· Making outgoing calls for daily routes and up-selling of products

· Printing of daily loading reports and dealer invoices

· Updating dealer information

· Helping with upkeep of office space

Qualified individuals must be hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, and have basic computer knowledge including experience of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Must have dependable transportation. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not a must.
