Job Summary

• Income potential - $90,000 - $108,000
• 100% Company-Paid healthcare and life insurance for the employee – Includes Dental and Vision Insurance plans. A small contribution is required for dependents.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 15 – 20 people
• Goal setting and motivating your team is very important to the position.
• You will be responsible for a sales goal and a P&L goal.
• 75% of your time will be working with your sales team on the street, working with existing customers and prospecting for new ones.

Job Requirements

• Past management experience required
• Past sales experience required
• A proven trend of personal growth and performance over time
• Longevity at previous jobs and a desire for a long-term career
• Past P&L experience a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
• Personal vehicle usage required (reimbursed through company gas card and vehicle usage fund)
