Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at our residential apartment community.
Duties:
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
- Repair maitenance issues and implement effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Experience:
- Proven residential apartment maintenance, including knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
