Customer Service Representative- Lansdale, PA

LHH is proactively recruiting for a Customer Service position near Lansdale, PA. It is a Direct Hire position, that is onsite.

Responsibilities : Answering Phones

Answering Phones

Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivables

Handle customer complaints.

Provide appropriate solutions.

Follow up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Must be proficient with MS Office Suites and SAP

Must have good written and oral communication skills.

At least 2-year experience must be out of Manufacturing or Distribution

Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Employment type : Direct Hire

Salary : The anticipated salary range is between $50,000- $60,000 depending on experience

Pay Details : $50, to $60, per year
