ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recording the financial transactions in accounting software, spreadsheets, or databases.
• Prepare and Review monthly Financial Statements.
• Prepare Customer Invoices and Account Statements.
• Process Customer Payment Receipts daily. Includers Check, ACH, and Credit Card Receipts.
• Process Vendor Vouchers and Payments weekly.
• Includes Check, ACH, and Credit Card Payments.
• Perform Monthly Bank Reconciliations.
• Maintain Employee Time Records daily.
• Process Payroll Semi-Monthly.
• Maintain Employee Personnel Records.
• Prepare and Pay Payroll Tax Deposits.
• Prepare and Pay Sales Tax Returns and Payments.
• Maintain Active Business Licenses.
• Communicating (in both verbal and written form) with clients, suppliers, vendors, banking contacts and fellow team members.
• Keeping track of company assets.
• Handling Mail
• Filing and archiving documents

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of previous accounting experience required.
• Full knowledge of Procure to Pay and Order to Cash Business Processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Some college preferred, Bachelor's in accounting is a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Must be able to communicate with English-speaking clients and be able to read, write and understand English with your supervisor and coworkers. Other language skills are a plus, but not required.

MATH SKILLS:

Strong Math skills are required.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Computer skills are required; including word, excel, outlook and accounting software.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP software a big plus, but not required.

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Pay is commensurate with experience and open for discussion.
