Role: 6) Workday Developer’s & 1) Project Manager w/ Workday experience
Duration: 6 month duration, with a likelihood of 1 year

REQUIREMENTS
 * * I need Workday consultants who has hands on configurations experience. **
· Must have Workday HRM configuration, testing and implementation experience with some of the following: Core HR, NA (e-pay), Compensation, Time & Labor and Base Benefits.
· Translates business requirements / designs into product functionality, identifies gaps in product capabilities and proposes alternative solutions
· Builds and tests data conversions
· Expertise in the use of MS Office Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
· Familiarity in working within a structured project delivery methodology
· Strong written & verbal communication skills
· Excellent teamwork and client service skills
· Able to estimate work effort, develop schedule and honor commitments
