The Team:
The Hermès Maison Madison Boutique opened in 1983, and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as a part of the New York Region. This position will report to the Managing Vice President and will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
The Opportunity:
The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing all operational functions which may include inventory control, housekeeping, maintenance and selling service associates. This position is responsible for adhering to P&L budget for all operational areas. The Director of Operations communicates, trains, and implements all company policies and ensures compliance. The Director of Operations will create efficient processes, set parameters, and implement directives to support operational efficiency and growth. All other duties are assigned by the supervisor.

The range for this position is $115,769.86 to $156,629.80 annually. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
