• Ensures compliance with all relevant state andfederal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years experience in a healthcare leadershiprole. Assisted/Supportive living experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communicationabilities
• Must possess leadership and supervisory abilityand the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
• Experience in effective budget management andstrong understanding of financial statements and reports.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skillsand ability to serve with
