We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and customer service skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing clerical support, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with data entry and record keeping
- Previous administrative or personal assistant experience is a plus
