Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Present and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Follow up with clients and prospects to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems.
• Focused on meeting goals and objectives as established.
• Understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Must possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Proven performance within the personal lines Account Manager arena.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Possess a willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and coachable.
