Heritage Design + Supply is Hiring a Field Service Technician Near Morrisville, NC
We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that contribute to the quality and integrity of our projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform minor installs and repairs with precision
- Review projects for quality and make necessary repairs
- Handle warranty services in occupied homes
- Make home and site visits as needed
- Document work thoroughly with detailed notes and photos
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the home construction or remodeling environment preferred
- Prior experience with home building installations preferred
- Ability and willingness for continuous learning
- Strong communication skills with all levels of management including supervisors, managers, customers, vendors, etc
Physical Requirements:
Long periods of walking, bending, driving to work sites. Must be able to walk and maneuver around construction sites. Will work inside/outside and be subject to a variety of weather. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
