JOB SUMMARY :

As an Outside Construction Roofing Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in broadening our client base and boosting revenue.

Your responsibilities will include identifying and nurturing new business prospects by actively engaging with homeowners in Austin and surrounding areas.

Your main objective will be to promote our roofing services, educate potential clients, and close sales deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prospecting and Lead Generation :
• Engage in door-to-door outreach to discover potential clients in residential areas.
• Utilize effective communication to generate leads.
• Utilize marketing materials and product knowledge to pique interest and build awareness.

Customer Engagement :

• Gain a thorough understanding of the customer's roofing needs and concerns.
• Establish rapport and credibility with homeowners through professional and respectful interactions.

Sales Presentations :

• Deliver comprehensive and compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Highlight the advantages of our roofing solutions while addressing customer inquiries and objections.
• Provide accurate and transparent pricing information.

Proposal and Contract Negotiation :

• Prepare detailed proposals tailored to customer preferences and requirements.
• Clearly explain contract terms and secure signed agreements.

Relationship Building :

REQUIREMENTS :

Valid driver's license.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with the residential market in Austin, TX is advantageous.
