We are looking for Physical Therapist - Full Time! to join us in the Omaha, NE area to support the wellness of our residents.
Our Physical Therapists
- Perform patient comprehensive assessments and collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members (RN, LPN, OT, ST, MSW, and paraprofessionals).
- Currently licensed to practice in the state of Nebraska and Iowa.
- Ability to document efficiently, at the point of care, using a tablet. To include but not limited to OASIS assessments, recertification’s, provider orders,
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
