COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

Our compensation package offers competitive hourly rates, time-and-a-half for holidays, and a generous paid-time-off program. ABOUT THE JOB 

We are seeking a passionate, driven physical therapist to provide home health therapy for the aging adult population (travel required). This position primarily evaluates and treats adults in homes including our assisted living communities working with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities with a focus on balance and fall prevention, therapeutic exercises for functional strengthening, patient and family education, mobility, core strengthening, and pain management. We welcome seasoned, experienced PTs to apply for this position, as well as new grads.

Qualifications

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program 

• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist 

• Current state licensure 

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of home health experience as a PT
