Our Maintenance Director Will : Manage a team of maintenance assistants, drivers, and vendors to ensure superior building, equipment, community property and grounds maintenance.
Oversee and manage budgets, and work with vendors / contractors for all building repairs, remodels, landscaping, and other projects.
Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust in a positive team environment throughout the community.
