• Spreads financial statements for underwriters for new loans and the renewal of loans.
• Runs financial statement, cash flow and ratio reports for underwriters.
• Performs credit analysis that may involve reviewing cash flow, collateral, guarantor strength, industry and local market trends.
• Performs annual term loan reviews on aggregate relationships of $1,000,000 and over.
• Originate the "streamline" renewal process for existing loans prior to maturity. Review Maturing Loan report weekly. Then review financial statement files and determine what financial information is needed to renew the loan. Contact Loan Officer and portfolio manager and provide a list of the needed financial information.

• Requires 1-2 years' experience in commercial loan credit underwriting, financial analysis, and credit approval experience.
• Requires credit approval experience in comparable commercial lending environment requiring the exercise of credit judgement.
• Ability to formulate and articulate objective views based on professional credit analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of credit philosophy and policies, loan documentation, bankruptcy and related legal issues.
• Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, graduate degree in business preferred. Completion of advanced courses in finance, accounting, and credit either through a bank sponsored training program or college course work.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of personal/business financial statements and tax returns.
• Demonstrated computer aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
