- Assist clients in opening and closing bank accounts
- Process teller transactions, cross selling bank products, implementing bank procedures
- Provide resolution for any issues the customer may have with their accounts or banking services
- Refer clients to other financial experts within the bank when necessary
- Network and develop relationships with potential clients
- Educate prospective and existing clients on financial products and services
- Enter information into banking software
