What's the role?
Technical Support serves as a global organization, offering extensive expertise in HERE products and services. Our role involves aiding in technical sales and collaborating closely with Product, Development, and Operations teams to address customer issues and enhance the functionality of HERE products and services.
We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our Level 2 Platform Support Team. In this role you will engage with customers to assist them in resolving location-based business challenges and expedite the realization of value from HERE's products and services.
The ideal candidate possesses proficiency in the relevant software skillset and is genuinely passionate about ensuring customer success. They should exhibit enthusiasm for learning new technologies and have a penchant for sharing knowledge with others.

Who are you?
Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of application support methodologies and tools.
Proven experience in mobile app development for various platforms: Android, iOS or flutter
Full stack development expertise is highly desirable: front- and backend development experience.
Programming languages: Java or any other OO languages
Knowledge on JavaScript development with modern frameworks like angular, react etc.
Knowledge on cloud services, e.g., AWS and its tooling is beneficial.
Customer-Centric:
- Comfortable working directly with customers to understand and address their needs.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Problem Solving:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Adaptability:
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development and product management.
Additional Requirements (Preferred):
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
