Educational Background
High School Diploma/GED
Conditions of Employment
2 to 3 years of experience working in an automotive parts store/department, industrial garage or machine shop setting

• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Attention to detail
• Customer service focused
• Demonstrated knowledge of hand tools, power tools, small machinery and engines
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Multi-task on multiple assignments within a fast-paced environment
• Solid and proven computer skill set (knowledge of MS Office is preferred)

Compensation Data
$23-28/hr based on experience
