Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to identify and assess damages.
- Conduct body repairs, including panel replacement, dent removal, and surface preparation.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and equipment to ensure precise and accurate repairs.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and specifications for repair procedures.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline workflow and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and techniques through ongoing training.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician in a professional automotive repair setting.
- Knowledge of collision repair processes, techniques, and materials.
- Proficient in using various tools, including welders, and frame straightening equipment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- I-CAR or ASE certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
