We are seeking a skilled and professional Medical Receptionist and Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Medical, Physical Therapy or Chiropractic Clinic. We are also willing to train the right candidate. Possess strong organizational and communication skills, and able to navigate and learn our computer software.

Therapy Assistant needed: Working with the Doctor assisting with therapeutic modalities relating to the patients' specific needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in PT, OT, DC. No prior experience needed as we will train on site.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Manage front desk operations including managing incoming/outgoing mail and packages

Requirements:
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with basic office software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
