Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our grounds and landscapes. This is a hands-on position that requires experience in groundskeeping and the ability to operate power tools and hand tools.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Assist in the construction of hardscape features such as walkways and patios
- Clean and maintain outdoor furniture and fixtures
- Remove debris and maintain cleanliness of the grounds
- Perform basic repairs on equipment as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of horticulture practices and plant care techniques
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
