Hennep Cultivation is Hiring a Jr. Project Manager Near Franklin, MA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jr. Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of projects within our organization. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage resources and timelines.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

- Utilize project management softwares such as Monday.com

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies

- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members

- Implement lean principles to optimize project processes and improve efficiency

- Collect and analyze project data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

- Proficiency in using project management software such as Monday.com and Google Suite.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

- Experience in program management is a plus
