YOUR ROLE

  • Translate business needs to technical specifications.
  • Design data models and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools).
  • Build & maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes).
  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate systems.
  • Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
  • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
  • Develop and update technical documentation.
  • Writing SQL queries, assuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Manages Power BI Service.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4-5 years of work experience as BI developer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining.
  • In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.
  • Familiarity with BI technologies (preferably Microsoft Power BI) and cloud computing platforms (e.g. Azure).
  • Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proven experience working with teams using Agile methodologies and Scrum framework preferred.

The salary for thisrole is $90,000 - $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipaterelying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately paymore or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range mayalso be modified in the future.
