What Will I Do?
- Greet in-shop customers warmly and provide creative solutions to concerns.
- Manage calls, emails, and faxes for various service issues, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Confirm and complete work order information, including insurance verification and additional details.
- Handle administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, and processing credit memos.
- Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders.

- Must have a school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess computer and telephone knowledge.
- Customer Service Acumen
- Ability to perform in a changing, fast-paced operation.
