We’re currently looking for an Occasional Babysitter in West Chester, PA 19380
A lovely family in West Chester, on the border of Malvern, is seeking a backup babysitter for their busy 2.5 year old boy to start as soon as possible. They are also expecting their second child in September of this year. The boy enjoys trucks, trains, playing outside, and Toy Story.
Care is needed for a minimum of 3 hours intermittently, primarily for date nights and when the child is home from daycare so mom and dad can have their work meetings. Days and times will be anytime from Monday-Friday between 5pm- 8pm or 10pm, Saturdays anytime between 8am-10pm, and Sundays anytime between 8am-8pm. There will typically be at least a 24 hour notice prior to when care is needed. A great candidate will be attentive, engaged, caring, and nurturing.
- Start date: ASAP
- Length of Position: Long term, minimum 1 year
Schedule: Intermittent/ad hoc
- Monday-Friday, 5pm-8pm or 10pm
Saturdays, 8am-10pm
Sundays, 8am-8pm
- Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bathroom reminders
- Meal time/cooking; i.e. chicken nuggets, microwavable meals, pb&j, etc.
- Coordinating nap times & bedtimes
- Engaging and playing with the child; outside time, story time, developmental play
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of paid professional toddler care experience; i.e. as a babysitter, nanny, daycare setting
- Must be UTD on CPR certification or willing to renew prior to start
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be physically capable to lift the child; 33lbs.
- Non smoker

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- No nights

- Weekend availability
