Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Nurse Recruitment and Placement Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of qualified nursing professionals to provide exceptional care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Nurse Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified nursing professionals.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source potential candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with our company's values and standards.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview and selection process.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and maintain accurate records of candidate information.
Coordination of Nursing Services:
- Collaborate with clients and their families to understand their care needs and preferences.
- Match clients with suitable nursing professionals based on their skills, experience, and compatibility.
- Schedule nursing assignments and ensure adequate coverage for all clients.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to nursing staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Monitor the quality of care provided and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to recruitment, staffing, and client care.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and coordination processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Previous experience in home care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in healthcare staffing
