Helping Hands Family is Hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) - King of Prussia, PA Near King of Prussia, PA

Overview

The Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM Manager) manages all functions of the organization’s revenue cycle to maximize cash collections while maintaining and improving payor and client relations. The RCM Manager will contribute to day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle function, provide analysis and management to KPIs, create written processes, regularly assess team workflows for improvement, liaise with payors and families on billing and collections issues, and train others on the revenue cycle team. This position will oversee RCM team members and manage the team’s performance to ensure the timeliness of all payor and enrollment issues.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the activities of RCM Team, with overall responsibility for team performance and productivity, and management of workflows.
  • Regularly review and improve billing, collections, payor relations, and credentialing processes and workflows
  • Act as liaison with payors for the purpose of escalating payment issues and provider enrollments by building trusting internal and external relationships.
  • Monitor productivity and quality assurance of the RCM team to align targets, identify areas of opportunity, and take action to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership concerning revenue, payers and vendors.
  • Ensure payor deadlines are met for payment and enrollment.
  • Track and analyze reports for targeted escalation of payor issues.
  • Work with Leadership to develop new processes to create efficiencies within the RCM department.
  • Prepare weekly and quarterly reports to be shared with Leadership regarding day-to-day obstacles in operations, progress, and trends within process to be reviewed and proactively changed.
  • Participate in Company month-end closing procedures.
  • Collaborates with Senior Director of RCM on interviewing, hiring, evaluations and team management up to and including promotions and termination.
  • Coach, motivate, develop and provide resources and tools to the team.
  • Sets quarterly goals for department in line with goals set by the Leadership Team.
  • May be asked to complete work as described in all other RCM team roles (i.e. directing billing and credentialing responsibilities)

Skills and Competencies:

  • 5 years of medical billing experience. Experience within ABA or a specialty field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associate Degree in Accounting/Finance Management is plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Previous medical billing and EMR experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and other data collection programs specific to our industry.
  • Confident communication skills for fielding calls on behalf of Helping Hands Family.
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and various reporting methods.
  • $55,000-$65,000 annual salary
