Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
- Promote and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Implement behavior management strategies to support individuals' emotional and social well-being
- Support residents in exercising their rights and making choices about their daily lives
- Drive residents to appointments and community activities as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and assist with transferring individuals as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for individuals' needs
- Ability to follow medication administration protocols and provide first aid when necessary

Note: This position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the residents.
