You will provide person-centered care in a family-style group home setting to individuals who may have cognitive impairments, chronic illnesses or other disabilities and need assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to create a positive impact on the individuals lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring and coaching others to achieve their goals.

Position Requirements for DSP (Direct Support Professional) 2nd Shift (3:00p-11p) PARMA:

• Background check will be completed upon hire
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Proof of auto insurance
• Social security card

Essential Duties & Responsibilities for DSP (Direct Support Professional) 2nd Shift (3:00p-11p) PARMA:

• Assist individuals with daily personal tasks, including toileting, bathing, feeding and dressing
• Assists in household tasks such as washing clothes, washing dishes and tidying
• Encourage engagement in social networks and communities
• Having fun!
