Sourcing Manager

Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join the Factor Supply Chain team to manage our Third Party Production products and vendors. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a selection of categories and vendors through all parts of the supply chain to prepare our Procurement & Production teams for success. You have key responsibilities over existing vendor relationship management, facilitating the strategic sourcing and vendor selection process, capacity management, new innovation project management, and pricing and contract negotiations. You will be supporting our growth and innovation plans by helping us expand both production capacity and offer new products on our menu and add on store.

You will …

• Take full ownership of assigned categories to develop and optimize our supply network
• Work with a wide range of suppliers on initiatives spanning new SKU ideation to performance compliance
• Be a strong cross-functional partner to Product, Procurement, FSQA, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure we are onboarding effective SKUs, Specs, and Suppliers
• Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing process for your categories of ownership, from RFP and vendor selection to contract negotiation and onboarding to existing supplier management
• Proactively manage contracts to ensure supply chain reliability and enforce SLAs

• A self-starter, highly motivated and passionate; you’re eager to take on new projects without knowing exactly what you will uncover
• Agile – You thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments and are willing to get deep into the weeds where needed

At a minimum, you have…

• 4 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, with relevant experience in the Food and Third Party Manufacturing industry
• A degree in supply chain, business, engineering, other relevant area of study
• Flexibility to travel (up to 20%)
