OVERVIEW :

Our Hospitality Staff are thefriendly faces who represent Hello! when we can’t beeverywhere at once. They work hand in hand with the AccountManagers to support and execute all the services we offer to makeour events successful.

This is not your typicaljob! The Field Staff position is a parttime role that is perfectfor those seeking a flexible schedule and enjoy making a positiveimpact on our clients.

We have both high and lowseasons so there will be several weeks with no hours and thenseveral weeks with 40 plus hours. We schedule 6 months to 24 hoursin advance and shifts can vary from 5 to as many as 16 hours aday.

Our South Florida destination covers EastCoast West Palm to the Keys and West Coast Naples andMarco Island. You will be provided with a company shirt and namebadge required to be used on mostprograms.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

The successful candidate is eagerto work with a positive attitude peopleoriented approach and greatorganizational skills. They willhave :

• Ability to understand and followinstructions
• Communicate effectively in bothoral and written form
• Selfmotivated individualthat can handle stressful situations with professionalcomposure
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to walk / stand for 5 hours during anevent
• The demonstrated ability to multitask andprioritize competing work needs
• Able to workautonomously yet collaborate as part of a team onworkflows
• Reliable Transportation Computer andCellphone
• Good time management and Strong workethic
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. andprovide a valid Driver’sLicense

DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Youwill be assigned shifts and tasks based on the client needs whichmay require you to work days evenings and / or nights as well asholidays and weekends.
• Respond to shiftsthrough our portal in a timely matter
• Assistour clients and their guests with contracted services in aprofessional demeanor.
• Have a sense of urgencybe proactive and willingness to go one step beyondexpectations
• Work as a team and manage goodpeer relationships with other Staff members and AccountManagers.
• Greet guest on Arrivals &Departures transportation to / from an Airport Hotel andPort
• Arrange vehicles so guests can board in atimely and orderly fashion
• ManageTransportation to / from a specifieddestination
• Hospitality staff at ahotel
