Securities Operations Specialist(Mandarin required,Preferred: Series 24,27)

Trade Settlement: Ensure all securities transactions are settled in a timely and accurate manner according to market standards and regulations.

Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of transactions and holdings between our internal systems and external counterparties or clients.

Client Support: Provide outstanding service to clients by resolving inquiries and issues related to account balances, transaction details, and other operational aspects.

Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor transactions for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Identify and escalate any potential risk issues.

Process Improvement: Continually assess and recommend improvements to workflows and processes to increase efficiency and reduce risks.

Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on trades, positions, and discrepancies for internal and external use.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as compliance, risk management, and technology, to support business objectives and projects.
