```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Scan and process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and provide customers with change
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with product demos and promotions as needed
- Upsell products and encourage customers to make additional purchases
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
```Qualifications```
- Basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Ability to effectively sell products and provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in Spanish or other multilingual abilities is an asset
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
