Description
Heidtman Steel Products, Inc. is searching for an Inside Sales Rep (ISR) for our Granite City, IL location. The ISR will assist and provide information to customers, enter customer orders, order steel to be released using customer forecast, ensure on-time delivery, and follow up on customer complaints and questions.
Some responsibilities include:
ISRs monitor customer forecast/historical data and/or open customer PO’s against all inventories in plant, outside processors, and on order with the mill, submit buy notes and monitor mill deliveries to ensure we have stock to meet customer inventory demands. After training, the ISR will be expected to have knowledge of sales SOP’s, how they relate to customer accounts, and be able to utilize this knowledge in daily performance of job.
