Description
Heeter has experienced significant growth, and we are adding to our HR Generalist team, looking for someone who will be focused on Benefits, Compensation, LOA management, HRIS/Payroll and creating a database dashboard to aid in leadership decision making. The ideal candidate will be someone comfortable working daily with data, details and processes while still able to answer employee questions and provide employee support.
This position will be focused on improving Heeter business practices through data, systems and processes that support employees and leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in a similar role delivering results in the functional areas of:
