Assisted Living Facility in Beacon, NY is seeking Building Maintenance supervisor to Inspect and oversee facilities to resolve problems,Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed,Maintain planning and scheduling of routine and preventive maintenance of equipment,Manage and provide direct supervision to maintenance staff, Maintain contact and relationship with contractors,Inspect and maintain building systems such as heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation etc, Perform periodic inspections of equipment and document its condition, Regularly check and inspect the material and tools inventory and place order when needed with approval.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor for (2-5) years

• Knowledge of different building systems (heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation etc.)

• Familiarity with relevant health and safety standards and regulations

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
