Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist plays an integral role in the Hedberg mission of supporting customers. This position is responsible for all collection activities, preparing invoices, entering and maintaining customer information for the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Complete credit application process for all new customers.
• Make collection calls to customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all pre-liens.
• Process month-end reports of accounts receivables, customer statements, and other reports.
• Customer liaison for customer accounts.
• Assist Accounting Manager with cash flow projections.
• Prepare invoices, month end billing and statements.
• Other accounting and general administrative duties as needed.

The position takes direction from the Accounting Manager. This position requires direct contact with Hedberg customers, vendors and subcontractors on a regular basis. This position will interface with all sales rep, yard staff, purchasing, dispatch and corporate employees. This position has access to client lists, vendor/supplier information, and also receives customer payments.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
