Since 1997, Twin City Outdoor Services, Inc. has specialized in professional snow management services. In 2010, we added complete exterior building restoration and concrete replacement for commercial and retail developments, and construction truck brokering services.

We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, motivated, and highly organized Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Manage customer contract tracking
• Provide customers with required vendor information
• Ensure all customers are invoiced in a timely manner
• Work with various departments to resolve any discrepancies
• Send and/or submit customer invoices via their preferred method
• Review and record all invoices to appropriate accounts
• Receive customer payments
• Verify sales tax rates
• Facilitate payment of past due invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting customers
• Maintain AR Filing System
• Perform other tasks as requested

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
