Job Summary

The Senior Coordinator will oversee the day to day operations of 3 group homes. They will supervise the Management team at each site, attend required meetings, participate and train at the Cluster level and assist as needed within the other programs within the Cluster.

The job requires 24/7 on call availability. They will work closely with the senior management of the cluster.

Must have working knowledge of Financial ledgers, Incidents, Occurrences, Life Plan and Clinical meeting, Must be able to train staff on all aspects of the job.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred
• Working knowledge of OPWDD regulations and audit processes. 
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience overseeing the operations of multiple group homes.
