Job Details

Core Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots and problem solves lubrication issues.
• Repair or replace bearings.
• Operate basic shop equipment.
• Basic Mechanical Troubleshooting.
• Assist in the management of our inventory system.
• Assist and participate in all maintenance related functions.
• Safely perform work using ladders and lifts as required.
• Accept and support the safety program.

Work Environment:

• The work schedule is highly dependent on the time of year, quality of the crop, and weather conditions present. Employees will be expected to work, as needed, day or night, requiring a great deal of flexibility as to the hours per day/week and the days worked. Typically, this position can expect to work 40 to 55 hours per week.
• Ability to work varying hours
• Ability to stand for periods of time
• Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds frequently, and 25-50 pounds occasionally

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High mechanical aptitude.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and techniques
